Primary Duties:
Respond to member inquiries and requests by telephone, providing high quality member service concerning accounts, shares, loans and transactions.
Take membership requests such as opening new accounts, add/or remove joint, name change, etc.
Maintain or exceed established sales and service goals.
Provide prompt, efficient and courteous service to members.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of financial products and services.
Ability to establish a connection with members over the phone and effectively communicate information regarding accounts, products and services.
Ability to independently assess situations, resolves problems, and communicate solutions.
Knowledge of Windows-based computer programs.
