Teller Supervisor (Full Time) in Racine, Wisconsin For Sale

Primary Duties:
Lead by example through promoting a sales and service driven culture
Oversee Tellers in sales and service standards, professional development, operations, performance management, and oversee the branch in absence of the Branch Manager
Ensure security and maintenance of branch assets, and interpret policies and procedures to make sound judgment on exceptions
Assign, review, observe, and/or audit work to assess branch and employee performance, and provide duties as a Teller when needed
Assist the Branch Manager with interviews for vacant positions on hiring decisions
Prepare and deliver Teller performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations
Continually assess branch operations and implement appropriate changes
Proactively coach, observe, manage, and develop Tellers in order to ensure performance expectations are met
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required; supplemented with continuing education
Minimum of 3 years progressive and successful experience in a financial institution
Minimum of 3 years successful experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Excellent leadership, customer service, sales, coaching, prioritization, communication, and problem solving skills are essential
Ability to maintain a high regard to detail and accuracy, in a fast paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
